Muzo — Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of these Terms

By creating an account or using the Muzo mobile application ("Muzo", "the Service") operated by CreativeTube Ltd (the "Operator", "we", "us"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, don't use Muzo.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Muzo. By signing up, you confirm that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

3. Description of the Service

Muzo is a mobile communication aid that uses artificial intelligence to generate suggested reply options for chat conversations. You upload a screenshot of a chat; Muzo returns reply suggestions you can review and copy.

You are responsible for what you actually send. AI-generated suggestions may be incorrect, awkward, or inappropriate for the context. Always review before using.

4. Account responsibility

You're responsible for keeping your password secure.
One person per account; sharing accounts is not permitted.
You're responsible for all activity under your account.
Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access.

5. Acceptable use

You agree NOT to use Muzo to:

Harass, threaten, or harm any person
Generate, distribute, or solicit illegal content
Impersonate another person or entity
Upload screenshots that aren't yours or that you don't have permission to share
Reverse engineer, scrape, automate, or attempt to bypass our rate limits, access controls, or security measures
Use Muzo for any unlawful purpose

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section, without refund.

6. Subscriptions and billing

Muzo offers free and paid tiers:

Free tier: a limited number of generations per day; some features (Pro mode) restricted.
Paid subscription: billed through the Google Play Store at the price shown in the app at the time of purchase.

Auto-renewal

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends. Manage your subscription via Google Play → Subscriptions.

Free trials

Where we offer a free trial, the trial converts to a paid subscription at the end of the trial period unless cancelled.

Refunds

Refund requests are handled in accordance with the Google Play refund policy. We do not issue refunds outside the platform's standard process.

7. Intellectual property

Muzo, including its name, logo, design, and software, is owned by the Operator. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute the app itself.
AI-generated reply text returned to you is yours to use freely; we don't guarantee originality or fitness for a particular purpose.
You retain ownership of the chats and screenshots you upload. By uploading them you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to process them solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

8. AI-generated content disclaimer

Replies generated by Muzo are produced by AI models and may:

Contain errors, awkward phrasing, or contextually inappropriate language
Reflect biases present in the underlying training data
Occasionally produce factually incorrect statements

You acknowledge that Muzo is not professional advice (relationship, legal, medical, or otherwise). Use at your own discretion.

9. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using Muzo you also agree to the Privacy Policy.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time via Settings → Account → Delete account. Upon termination, your stored data will be removed, subject to any legal retention requirements.

11. Disclaimers

Muzo is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We don't guarantee that:

Muzo will be uninterrupted or error-free
Specific reply suggestions will work for your situation
Underlying third-party APIs (Gemini, Google Play, Firebase, etc.) will always be available

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Operator is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Muzo, including but not limited to:

Loss of relationships, opportunities, or social standing arising from messages you send
Loss of data
Service interruption

Our total aggregate liability for any claim is capped at the greater of: (a) the amount you have paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or (b) £100.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

13. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, except where applicable consumer protection laws give you the right to bring action in your local jurisdiction.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified in the app and/or by email. Continued use after the effective date of any change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
